  I had a very disappointing experience. I called a week ago to donate a couch, ottoman and chair. I was told yes they wanted the furniture. I stopped in Wednesday to confirm the pick up Friday. I was told yes, my furniture would be picked up Friday and the delivery people would call when they were on the way. We then received a call later that same day stating they did not have room for the furniture and didn't want it. WHAT?? I called back Thursday morning and spoke with a rather RUDE woman who gave me a song and dance about my furniture. I recommend that she get all her staff on the same page so no other people had the same situation. She informed me she did not need my recommendation!!! She also does not need my business!!
