  Found everything we needed at reasonable prices. My only, and biggest issue (to the point i almost dropped all my clothes on the floor and walked out) was Sandy the lady who was working the dressing room. She was extrememly rude to myself and my family and you could tell "friendly" was not in her vocabulary. I asked her if she was just having a bad day or something and she just scoffed and walked away. Extrmemely rude. While i was waiting for my family to finish trying on their clothes I saw her get into it with another customer as well! The other customer kept asking her to calm down (over her cart being around the corner instead of in the corner) and she came over and grabbed the cart from that customer and moved it! The other customer and myself were shocked. The lady told her to calm down again and she just ignored her and went behind her desk. This ladies rudeness was ridiculous. Even one of the asst managers, a bigger woman, was back there talking to her for a second and told a woman she had better count her clothes right or get yelled at by Sandy.. She wasn't lying in the least it seems. Whole situation turned me off of this store. To allow a staff memebr ti be blatantly rude to customers like that, and offer a joke about it, shows how much they care about their customers and store.. Not to mention the mess everywhere in the fitting area..

  TJ Maxx is what it is, if you check enough you get great value and good quality. But you got to keep checking. the mall where this one is located is new and nice with many upscale as well as discount stores.

  messy store, but good service. i wish they kept more quality control for the cosmetic section. the people who swatch and take out the products and not put them back the way they found it or damaging the product all together ruins it for us consumers looking to buy those items, i can't imagine it would be good for the stores revenue either.. nonetheless very helpful employees. ♡

  I found a lot of high-end brands, which I bought at lower-end prices. The employees in the store are friendly and helpful. I was there two hours and at least three to four people asked me how I was and if i needed help. I got three fourths of my Christmas shopping done here. I shopped mostly in housewares. I looked in Jewelry, fancy- food- gifts, bedding, drapes and then the store closed because it was Eleven P.M. I enjoyed my shopping experience. Easy access from parking lot in a well lit shopping center.
